About the Author -- Louise Tolson has a masters degree in mathematics and has been a computer software engineer for over 20 years. Currently she is a systems software engineer with Group 32 Corporation and specializes in writing device drivers and utilities for MS-DOS, network and Windows 95 operating systems. She wrote Software Carousel, the first task switching program for MS-DOS based computers and recently revised it for the HP Palmtop computer.
